Overview

The RNA Synthesis Core offers highly customizable RNA synthesis by in vitro transcription (IVT). We cater to a wide range of basic and translational research needs, from small-scale template pilots to massive production runs, ensuring high purity, stability, and customized modifications for in-cell and in vivo studies.

Capabilities & Scales

Standard & High-Yield IVT

We synthesize RNA from 20 nt to 10 kb in length, with flexible product yields scaling from 1 µg up to 10 mg. We also offer comprehensive IVT template design and synthesis services.

In Vivo Modifications

Engineered to increase translation efficiency and reduce immunogenicity. We offer a wide choice of 5' cap structures, custom poly(A) tail lengths, and internal base modifications optimized for therapeutic vectors.

High-Throughput Automation

Powered by the Telesis BioxP instrument, our core can perform simultaneous, automated synthesis of up to 96 standard RNAs or capped/polyadenylated mRNAs with robust yield guarantees.

Quality Control & Deliverables

Every custom synthesis project undergoes rigorous quality assurance to verify sequence integrity, exact concentration, and structural purity before handoff. We can accommodate specialized purification protocols upon request.
