RNA Synthesis

We offer custom RNA synthesis by in vitro transcription (IVT) at 20 nt to 10 kb in length, with product yields from 1 µg to 10 mg. For in-cell and in vivo applications, a wide choice of 5’ cap structures, poly(A) tail lengths and internal base modifications that increase stability/translation and reduce immunogenicity is available. For high-throughput needs, our Telesis BioxP instrument allows simultaneous automated synthesis of up to 96 standard RNAs or capped/polyadenylated mRNAs at yields >5 µg each. We also offer IVT template design and synthesis services and can accommodate specialized purification and QC specification needs.
